With the INVEST grant, Germany has created an attractive funding programme for investments in start-ups. Since 06.02.2023, there are new funding requirements, which will also be presented at the event. Investors are now reimbursed 25% (previously 20%) of their investment in an eligible start-up through the grant. In addition, investors can receive a refund of taxes on profits made on the sale of the acquired shares. Receiving the INVEST grant is subject to certain conditions for investors and requires an investment of EUR 10,000.00 (previously EUR 25,000) or more. In this masterclass, Tamo Zwinge will explain the requirements for the INVEST grant, who it is available to and how to apply for it. In particular, he will present the differences between the new and the old INVEST grant. Tamo Zwinge and the Companisto team have many years of practical experience. Meanwhile, more than 950 INVEST-funded investments have been made via Companisto since 2019. By far, this is the largest number of approved grants within an investor network worldwide. In order to significantly simplify the application process, the INVEST application process within Companisto has been automated and Companists are supported in the INVEST application process by our Investor Relations department.
